This project aims to create a platform for monitoring and massive data analysis for the wine sector that allows the optimisation of process variables based on IoT sensorisation and artificial vision of processing conditions, both in the vineyard and in the production and transformation environment.
At the same time, it is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs in the wine sector by improving their productivity; and to improve the competitiveness of technological enterprises through a better knowledge of the technology applied to this sector.
