Eloi Montcada - Cluster Manager
An agronomist and postgraduate engineer in environmental management at the company, he has been involved in innovation for many years.
He likes to work with a team. Other skills he says he has are good communication, empathy, responsibility and a lot of energy and desire to work.
Apart from being responsible for the cluster to function and grow, it also coordinates some techincal projects and maintains the relationship with the partners.
Mariona Gonzalo - Communcation manager
Graduated in sustainable tourism, senior technician in wine tourism, and trained in winemaking and digital marketing, she is a professional specialized in communication, event organization and project management linked to the wine and tourism sectors.
Throughout her career, she has taken part in the planning and execution of corporate events, congresses, technical sessions and sector events, taking on tasks related to logistics coordination, liaison with speakers, attendees and suppliers, content management, budgeting and digital communication.
Passionate about creating experiences that connect people and generate value, she stands out for her adaptability and creativity.
Xavier Paris - Project manager
Graduated in Biological Systems Engineering from UPC, holds a Master's degree in Project Management from La Salle-URL University, and is certified as PMO-CP by the PMO Global Alliance. He has experience in quality processes, as well as in the integral management of innovative projects.
He enjoys working together and discussing the best ways to proceed, being a very active participant in any kind of conversion. As a project manager, he promotes communication between the various stakeholders, and works to establish points of common interest to ensure viability and a good working environment.
Alba Vallès - Project manager
Graduated in Political Science and Administration from Pompeu Fabra University. She has worked as a project manager for digital transformation, process optimization, and European projects. This extensive experience will enable her to adequately monitor the project and provide a critical and precise view of the elements that this project generates, to create a useful and rigorous tool for the wine sector.
Gerard Pujol - Project manager
Holds a degree in Biology (UdG) and a master's in Nutrition and Metabolism from URV. He has a long career and experience in coordinating R&D&I projects in the food sector, and since 2005 he has participated in University-Industry innovation projects. In 2014, he founded his own innovation and consultancy company for food sector companies; managing projects in various SMEs and supporting startups in a wide range of projects. Additionally, Gerard has also participated in international consortia, managing projects in Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
Mari Carmen Rodríguez - Administration manager
She has training in administration and finance, as well as extensive professional experience in administrative, accounting and financial management. Throughout her career, she has taken on responsibilities related to accounting, invoicing, treasury management, client and supplier management, tax filing and the financial justification of projects.
She has worked in different companies and organizations, carrying out administrative and financial coordination tasks, portfolio control, payment follow-up, document management and the improvement of internal processes. This experience has allowed her to consolidate a rigorous, practical profile focused on ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day management.
Motivated, disciplined and solution-oriented, she stands out for her adaptability, time management skills and teamwork.
Kevin González - Administrative Technician
He has training in administrative management, administration and finance. He began his professional career at INNOVI during his intermediate vocational training internship and later completed his studies with an advanced vocational qualification in Administration and Finance.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in the administrative field, especially in preparing and submitting documentation, as well as supporting project reporting and justification processes.
Organized, methodical and solution-oriented, he stands out for his ability to work rigorously and support day-to-day administrative management.
Iolanda Fortuny - Administrative Assistant
Trained in administration, viticulture, oenology and wine marketing, she has a long career linked to the wine sector, administrative management, communication and event organization. Her experience in wineries, sectoral organizations and wine-related projects gives her an in-depth understanding of the sector and its internal dynamics.
Throughout her career, she has carried out administrative support tasks in areas such as invoicing, logistics, export, e-commerce, customer service, purchasing, stock management and the administrative control of production processes.
Clara Rafel - Project Manager
She is an agricultural technical engineer specializing in Food Industries; she holds a degree in Food Science and Technology and a master’s degree in Food Safety.
Throughout her professional career, she has worked in areas such as technical and legal advice in food safety, business development, R&D&I project management, and the coordination of teams and sectoral activities.
She stands out for her planning skills and her ability to work as part of a team. She is a nature lover.
