Last Friday, April 10th, 2026, the INNOVI General Assembly was held, an annual meeting for all member companies and organizations. The event took place at the Gramona facilities, in a highly privileged and emblematic setting within the wine sector.

The General Assembly is an essential space to continue building, in a collaborative way, the future of the cluster and the sector. In addition to being a meeting point to strengthen relationships, the event also provides an opportunity to learn first-hand about new members and to foster synergies among participants.

The session proceeded as planned following the established agenda. During the meeting, the admission and withdrawal of members were presented and approved, highlighting that the cluster welcomed 12 new members during 2025 and early 2026. The main ongoing projects were also presented, along with the cluster’s strategic lines focused on innovation, knowledge transfer, and value creation for members.

Key future challenges and developments were also discussed, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence applied to the wine sector, the launch of new tools such as VitiGPT, and the commitment to continue promoting European projects, sustainability initiatives, and digitalization actions. Notably, in 2025 there were 35 ongoing innovation projects and more than 60 knowledge transfer activities were organized and attended.

Another highlight of the event was the renewal of positions within the Board of Directors, as well as the incorporation of new members, strengthening the cluster’s governance and its representation across the value chain.

The event concluded with an open discussion session, allowing members to share their feedback and reinforcing INNOVI’s participatory and collaborative spirit.
