Program included in the 23rd edition of Eco Sant Cugat. The events begin on Tuesday, September 23, continue on Thursday 25 and Saturday 27, and culminate with the main day of the fair on Sunday 28.

The session will start with the screening of two introductory videos: the MANSO project, which is working on new strategies to tackle drought and ensure vineyard sustainability, and the Carbonflow project, which promotes the use of cover crops and organic materials to improve the soil and reduce carbon emissions.
