DRAC

The project is funded by ACCIÓ, through the call for aid for Competitiveness Reinforcement Initiatives.

The aim of the DRAC project is to improve the competitiveness of companies in the Food N'Nutrition Cluster, INNOVI and Food Service clusters through the development of a transformation plan that allows digitization in their DNA.

In other words, the project wants to define a strategy based on the incorporation of new digital technologies that allow to optimize costs and generate new business models.

Amb aquest objectiu es van definir els següents reptes:

• Establish the necessary structures to lead the process of digital change
• Redefine the company's vision based on new digital challenges
• Prioritize and promote digital transformation projects based on the incorporation of new technologiesCutting time in decision making
• To support the implementation of new projects through the search for funding and technical support
